What is Applied Behavior Analysis?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an approach to understanding behavior that is research-based. It is one of few therapies approved for the treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Therapy is most often conducted in a 1:1 setting using individualized interventions and positive reinforcement.
